Finally got my fit flat at India Sree Nivasam. It's a 3 BHK, around 1520 square feet, which feels quite spacious for me. The area in Villivakkam Village is developing nicely. I liked that the construction is earthquake resistant, gives some peace of mind. Power backup is also a big plus, especially during Chennai's unpredictable weather. India BuildeLtd seems to have good quality. The price was around 2.4 Crore, which is a lot for me, but I think it's a good start. I'm still figuring out the local transport from here though.
