The 3 BHK configuration, with its 2152 square feet built-up area, provides substantial space. Its proximity to St. Michael's Academy and Kauvery Hospital is a significant advantage for residents. The inclusion of high-speed elevatois practical. While the project itself is older, the location in Jeevarathinam Nagar is prime. I did notice the road leading to the property is a bit narrow, which can be inconvenient for larger vehicles at times. Still, a worthwhile property.

We bought a 3 BHK which is 2152 square feet, feels really spacious for us. India BuildeLtd finished the project back in December 2009, so it's ready to move in which was a big plus. The high-speed elevatoare nice. We did notice some dust on the balconies from nearby ongoing construction, but that should settle down. Overall, it's a good find for our needs in Adyar.
