    We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Anna Nagar and India Satvika caught our eye. The location in Shanthi Colony is quite peaceful, and it's great that SBOA School is literally next door, zero kilometeaway. We are getting a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1900 square feet which is ample space for our family. The price at 3.04 Crore onwards was within our budget after considering the amenities like power backup and 24x7 CCTV surveillance. India BuildeLtd seems to have a good reputation. The only slight downside is that the OC is not available, which is a bit unusual for a project completed in October 2021. Otherwise, the entrance lobby looks nice and the landscaping is well done.

We chose this location in Anna Nagar, Shanthi Colony because it's close to SBOA School where our kids study. It's also convenient being ready to move in. The price point of 3.04 Crore onwards was manageable with our combined savings and a home loan. India BuildeLtd seems reliable. A minor issue we noticed is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we expect that to subside soon. The power backup and lifts are essential amenities for us.
