We got a unit around 522 Sq.ft, which is comfortable for two people. The price point was quite attractive, starting from 20.88 Lakh. We liked that there's a gymnasium within the complex, making it easy to stick to our fitness routine. The location in Singanallur is decent, close enough to IT hubs but still feels a bit away from the main city rush. The only drawback is the parking situation; it can get a little cramped if you have multiple vehicles. Overall, it's a good value for money for young professionals.

The main reason we chose this project by India Cements Limited was the proximity to National Model Matriculation Higher Secondary School, it's literally a five-minute drive. My kids can get to school easily now. The children's play area is also a good space for them to burn energy after classes. We got a 3 BHK which is quite spacious, measuring around 6760 Sq.ft. The area itself is quite convenient with good road access to Trichy Road. However, the traffic on Trichy Road during peak houcan be quite heavy, which is a bit of a concern for daily commutes. The swimming pool is a nice amenity to have for the weekends though.
