We purchased a flat in India BuildeKasturi a few months ago. The unit is 1010 square feet built up, which feels quite spacious for a 2 BHK. Being retired, I appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the convenience of a lift. The power backup is also a good feature to have. The location in Anna Nagar West Extension is generally quiet, which is a big plus. However, the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. The building was completed in 2016, and it seems to be holding up well. Overall, it offegood value.

We decided on India BuildeKasturi mainly because of its proximity to SBOA School & Junior College, which is nearby. This makes school runs incredibly easy for our children. The 2 BHK configuration offe1010 square feet built up, providing enough space for our family. The Vastu compliant aspect was also important to us. The project by India BuildeLtd was completed in 2016 and is ready to move in. One thing that could be better is the general upkeep of common areas, which seems a bit dated now. Also, the price of 1.36 Crore onwards felt a little steep for a 2016 completion, but the location advantage is undeniable. The power backup is a lifesaver during Chennai's unpredictable power cuts.
