After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and convenient place to live, and India Anbu Colony seemed like a good option. The location in Anna Nagar is excellent, with easy access to essential services. MGM Healthcare is very close, which is important at this stage of life. The flat itself is a 3 BHK with 1325 square feet built up area, which is plenty of room. I particularly enjoy the jogging track for my morning walks and the quiet atmosphere within the complex. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. The only thing I find a bit inconvenient is the nearby distance to Thirumangalam Metro Station, making public transport slightly less accessible than I would prefer.

We were looking for our fit home together and wanted something modern with good connectivity. India Anbu Colony in Anna Nagar offe3 BHK flats of 1325 square feet built up area, which is perfect for us. The location is great, with SBOA School & Junior College nearby, which we might need in the future, and Thirumangalam Metro Station is nearby, making commutes easy. The price point of 1.48 Crore onwards was competitive for the area and size. We love the gymnasium and the jogging track for our workouts. The only minor issue we've encountered is that parking can be a bit tight if you have guests over, but otherwise, it's been a smooth experience so far.

This is my fit property purchase, and I wanted something ready to move in. I bought a 3 BHK flat in India Anbu Colony by India BuildeLtd. The built-up area is 1325 square feet, which feels very substantial for a fit home. I was impressed by the number of amenities available, like car parking and lifts, which are essential. It's also great that MGM Healthcare is nearby, which is a major plus for any family. The price was around 1.48 Crore onwards, which was at the higher end of my budget, but the overall value and readiness of the property felt worth it. I am still exploring all the features of the complex.

The project by India BuildeLtd was completed in June 2012, and it is ready to move in. I appreciated the Vastu compliant design of the flat, which is important to my family. The 3 BHK configurations offer 1325 square feet of built-up space, which is comfortable. Having a gymnasium and a shopping mall nearby is convenient for daily needs. The only minor issue is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit of a concern for some people but was not a dealbreaker for me.

We were looking for a spacious home close to good schools for our children and India Anbu Colony fit the bill perfectly. SBOA School & Junior College is literally nearby, which is a huge relief for us. The 3 BHK flat is quite large, with 1325 square feet built up area, giving everyone enough peonal space. We also liked that there is a jogging track and a gymnasium within the complex for fitness. The security is 24x7, which gives us peace of mind when the kids are playing outside. The only drawback we've noticed is that traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main Anna Nagar roads.
