  Finding a home with good schools nearby was our top priority, and Indi Vijetha Midas hit the mark. Maharishi Vidya Mandir School is literally 0 kilometeaway, which is a dream for us. We bought a 3 BHK flat that is quite spacious, over 2500 square feet. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids, and the swimming pool is always clean. The 24/7 security gives us peace of mind. While the overall project is good, the OC status not being available is something we are keeping an eye on. Apart from that, the price was within our budget, around 1.5 crore, and it's ready to move in.

  We moved into Indi Vijetha Midas about six months ago. The flat is a 3 BHK and around 2445 square feet, which gives us plenty of space for our home office setup. The location in Kondapur is great for both of us, with HITEC City Metro Station just under 2 kilometeaway, making commutes easy. The gym and swimming pool are well-maintained and we use them regularly. The only minor issue we've found is that the road leading to the main street can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, the construction quality seems solid and we are quite happy with the decision to buy here.

The location in Kondapur is well-connected, with HITEC City Metro Station only about 1.84 kilometeaway, which is convenient for commuting. The price was in the range of 1.47 crore to 1.52 crore, which felt reasonable for the size and amenities offered. The swimming pool and gymnasium are definite plus points. We are happy with the overall build quality and the facilities provided by Indi Trade.
