The carpet area is quite generous, starting from 1310 square feet. We saw the plans and liked the size. The price is around 50 Lakhs for the configuration we are looking at. It's great that they have 24x7 water supply and lifts, which were missing in our rented flat. Being close to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Narangi, which is nearby, is also a big advantage for our children. We are a bit worried about the parking situation though, as it seems a bit tight.

The developer, Imperial Group, seems to have a decent list of amenities, including a children's play area and visitor parking. However, the completion date is quite far off, January 2031, and it's still under construction. I'm a bit concerned about the dust and noise from ongoing construction work during the final stages. I'll need to think about whether the wait is worth it.
