We wanted a weekend getaway home in Goa and Imperial caught our eye. The location in North Goa is quite accessible. We bought a 1150 sq.ft plot. Being ready to move since October 2022 was fantastic for us. The amenities are great – especially the jogging track and tennis court. It’s a gated community so we feel safe leaving it empty for long stretches. The House of Abhinandan Lodha offered good options. My only minor concern is that the area can get a bit dusty during the construction phase of nearby projects, but hopefully, that will settle down.
