I looked at ILD Exclusive Flooon Pataudi Road and was impressed. The 3 BHK flats are spacious, starting from 2600 square feet super builtup area. I booked one for approximately 1.07 Crore. Being ready to move is a huge advantage as I need to settle in quickly. The access to Dwarka Expressway is also good. The only slight issue is the traffic on Pataudi Road during peak hou, but that’s common in Gurgaon. It offegood value for money.
