    This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. Ikigai Ishtaa in Chikkaballapur seemed like a good starting point. I bought a 1200 Sq.ft plot for about 42 Lakh. The developer, Ikigai Estates, has a decent reputation. They have a Yoga / Meditation Area and a Reflexology Park, which sounds peaceful. It is still under construction, with completion expected in June 2028. My main concern is the distance from the main city center, and I worry about the commute if I ever need to go there regularly. Also, the dust from ongoing construction can be a bit much sometimes.
