The location on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, is promising due to its proximity to Rajpur Road and Apollo International School, which is nearby. IFI Realty has included a variety of amenities like a yoga/meditation area and power backup, which are practical. However, I found the parking situation within the project to be a bit congested, especially if many residents bring multiple vehicles. The landscaping and tree planting efforts are commendable, making the area pleasant.

The location on Sahastradhara Road is good, and I liked the idea of having a swimming pool and gymnasium available. My parents will appreciate the landscaping and tree planting. IFI Realty has included a medical store and a cafeteria, which are convenient facilities. The distance to Drishti Eye Institute is also not too far. One thing I noticed is that the cell phone reception can be a bit spotty in certain areas of the project.
