The project is under construction with an expected completion date of October 2029. One concern is the commute to the city center, which might be a bit long, but for retirement, this peaceful location is ideal. The ample parking space for villas is also a plus.

Identity Buildeand DevelopeLLP P seems to be a reliable builder. We visited the site and liked the family-friendly pet park and play area. The construction is ongoing, with completion expected in October 2029. The only downside is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is quite noticeable when you visit.
