We decided to upgrade from our rented place and bought a 3 BHK in Ideal Aquaview. The super builtup area is about 1510 sq.ft, giving us much more room to grow. We loved the open spaces and the eco features, which contribute to a healthier living environment. The accessibility to Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station, just under a kilometer away, is very convenient for our daily commute to work. The project has a mini theatre and a clubhouse, which are nice additions for leisure. The price for our flat was 1.2 Crore. We are happy with the construction quality and the overall planning of the Ideal Group. The surrounding area is quite pleasant.
