The project offea wide range of plot areas, from 180 sq.yd. To 1598 sq.yd., providing good options. I purchased a 300 sq.yd. Plot for around 75 Lakhs. The developer has highlighted future connectivity improvements, including a high-speed train connection and radial roads to ORR & RRR, which is positive for long-term value. The completion is targeted for March 2026. My parents will appreciate the planned park and recreational cycling track. The only slight drawback is the current distance to major shopping centelike Shree Balaji Shopping Mall, which is nearby, but the area is growing. I'm hopeful about the appreciation of this investment.
