The project by Iconhomz is ready to move in since 2012, which is a positive sign of timely delivery. The presence of Storm Water Drains and Rain Water Harvesting suggests responsible development. Connectivity to Electronic City is nearby, which is reasonable. However, I did notice a fair amount of dust on the roads leading to the property, which is common in developing areas but worth noting.
