After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place. Icon Park offered a 1 BHK flat with 540 square feet, which is comfortable. The project by Icon Developeis in Kagwade Mala, Ichalkaranji. I was impressed by the Olympic size swimming pool and the extensive tree plantation around the complex. Having 24x7 water supply and a gymnasium within the premises adds a lot of convenience. The flat is ready to move, which was a major factor for me. The only minor drawback is that sometimes the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be noticeable. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a good sense of security.
