ICloud Winds Of Change in Aakkulam offered villas that were ready to move into. The 3 BHK villas, with built-up areas ranging from 1616 to 2200 square feet, seemed like a comfortable size. The location is convenient, with major roads like Alathara Road and Uloor- Aakkulam Road nearby. I particularly appreciated the 24x7 water supply and the power backup, which are essential for my professional. The gym and spa are also attractive amenities. The only minor issue is the parking space might be a little tight for multiple vehicles, but overall it meets my needs.

Finding a good villa for our family was tough, but iCloud Winds Of Change had options that worked. We picked a 4 BHK villa, which is quite large, between 3350 and 4400 square feet. Having Loyola School just about 1.8 kilometeaway makes the morning drop-offs so much easier. The proximity to KIMSHEALTH Hospital is also a big relief. The villa is ready to move, and the space inside is fantastic for the kids to play. We did notice a bit of dust from ongoing work on nearby internal roads, but we are hoping that will settle down soon. The developer, iCloud Homes, seems to have provided good facilities like a badminton court and a children's play area.
