  We needed more space than our rental offered, and IBC The Summit was a good upgrade. Living in Sanjaynagar is great, and having Kendriya Vidyalaya - Hebbal at nearby distance is a dream for our kids. My husband works near Aster CMI Hospital, so the proximity is very convenient for him too. The building itself is quite modern. We moved in about a month ago and are still settling in. The common areas look nice and the security seems adequate. One thing we noticed is that the parking can feel a little tight when the complex is full. Overall, we are happy with the space and location.
