The price of 1.35 Crore was at the higher end of my budget, but I liked the layout. Being close to Apollo Hospitals is a definite plus for emergencies. The commute to the airport metro station is nearby, which is manageable. One thing that bothered me was the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but I hope that settles down soon. Overall, it's a comfortable living space.

I was looking for a peaceful place to settle down after retirement and found i5 West Villas. The villa size is quite spacious, around 2050 sq.ft. For the 3 BHK. I purchased it for 94.01 Lakh. The project by i5 Housing & Properties is ready to move, which meant no waiting period. My main concern is the lack of available information on OC received. It makes me a little uneasy. Also, the access road to the project feels a bit narrow and dusty at times, which isn't ideal. However, the quiet surroundings and the decent built-up area are positives. It's a decent investment for my future.

We chose i5 West Villas because of its location right next to Sri Chaitanya Senior Secondary School. It’s literally nearby, making school drop-offs so easy for our kids. We got a 3 BHK villa around 2100 sq.ft. Built up. The price was 1.10 Crore, which was a bit over budget but worth it for the convenience. Apollo Hospitals is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The villas are ready to move in, so we shifted quickly. The only downside is the traffic can be a bit heavy during peak school houand office commute times. Otherwise, it’s a great place for families.
