The project offebasic amenities like a gated community and street lighting, which are important for security. Construction is ongoing, with completion expected in June 2026. One thing we noticed is that the internal roads are still being laid, so getting around the site can be a bit bumpy right now. We are hoping the developer, i5 Housing & Properties, finishes this work soon.
