    I was looking for a plot for future investment and I5 The Enclave in Guduvancheri seemed like a good option. The price range of 18.59 Lakh to 35.98 Lakh for plots between 930 Sq.ft and 1800 Sq.ft is quite competitive for Chennai South. The developer, i5 Housing & Properties, has a decent track record. I liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 security and entrance gate security cabin. The connectivity to GST and OMR connecting road is also a major plus. My only concern is that the project is still under construction and completion is only by May 2026, which is quite a long wait. Also, the OC is not yet available, which is a standard concern for under-construction properties. Overall, it seems like a sound investment for the long term.
