We decided to buy a residential plot here because of its proximity to good schools. Sri Krish International School is nearby, which is a huge relief for us. We got a plot of 930 Sq.ft, costing about 37.2 Lakhs. The location in Poonamallee, Chennai West, is developing, and we hope it becomes more family-friendly by December 2025 when I5 PK Garden is supposed to be completed. Be Well Hospitals Poonamallee is also very close, nearby, which is reassuring. However, the approach road to the project is quite narrow and can be difficult to navigate, especially with our kids in the car. Also, the traffic near the Agaram Mel Bus Stop, which is nearby, can get quite bad during peak houWe are hoping i5 Housing & Properties addresses the internal road infrastructure soon.

Getting to the main road takes a bit of driving through internal lanes. While the plot size is generous, the price point is at the higher end of my budget. I am hoping the developer focuses on improving the local infrastructure and providing some basic amenities to justify the cost and make the area more liveable.

It is located in Poonamallee, Chennai West. The developer is i5 Housing & Properties. They say it will be completed by December 2025. I visited the site and the area seems to be developing nicely. It is relatively close to schools and hospitals, like Be Well Hospitals Poonamallee which is less than a kilometer away. The main concern is the roads around the project, they are not the best right now and get dusty easily. Also, getting to the main highway NH48 will take some time as it's nearby. Hopefully, the infrastructure improves by the time construction is finished.
