I purchased a larger plot, 2400 Sq.ft, which gives me space to build a good home. The proximity to Kelambakkam Bus Station is also beneficial for family visits. The price point for the larger plots is around 62.4 Lakh, which is competitive given the location and ready-to-move status. I haven't encountered any major issues so far, and the construction looks promising.
