Relocating to Vijayawada was stressful until I visited Hycon Elite. I needed a place that was close to the hospital and the 1.5 kilometer distance to Capital Hospitals is exactly what I wanted. I bought the 2 BHK apartment which is 1139 Sq.ft and it fits my lifestyle perfectly. Since I have odd working houthe 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance are very important to me. The apartment is ready to move which meant I could shift immediately without any delay. It is located in Poranki which is a growing neighborhood with good access to the Gudivada-Vijayawada Road. Sometimes the parking lot feels a bit tight for larger cabut the gated community setup is otherwise very comfortable. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Being an IT couple we needed a place that is well connected to the main highways. Hycon Elite is quite close to National Highway-5 and National Highway-9 which makes our commute manageable. We went for the 3 BHK unit which is 1269 Sq.ft and provides enough room for our home office setup. The gymnasium is decent and we try to use it before starting our work shift. Elite has delivered a clean project here. The gated community atmosphere is nice and quiet. However the surrounding area is still seeing some construction so there is a bit of dust when you step outside the boundary. Aside from that everything is convenient including nearby shopping spots like Amigos for our daily grocery needs.

We finally moved out of our rental house into our own flat at Hycon Elite. Living in a 1139 Sq.ft 2 BHK is a big step up for us. The children play area is nice and our kids enjoy spending time there in the evening. Since we both work as teachethe location near the primary school by Chigurupati Sri Krishnaveni is perfect. It has made our morning routine so much easier. The lift works fine and the watchman is attentive. We liked that the property is ready to move so we did not have to pay rent and EMI at the same time. The only issue is that the visitor parking gets a bit crowded during the weekends when everyone is home.

The distance to the Auto Nagar Bus Stand is about 4.5 kilometewhich is quite manageable for occasional travel. It is a gated community so you do not get random people walking through the premises.
