Finding a good place in Hyderabad can be tough, but HSR MVK Residency worked out well for me. I got a 2 BHK flat, about 1098 sq.ft, in the 71 Lakh range. Being a single woman, safety and convenience are important. The Chikkadpally Metro Station is very close, nearby, making my daily commute to work a breeze. Oxford Grammar School is also not too far, which is good in case I need it for future planning. The flat is ready to move, so I didn't have to wait. The gymnasium is a nice amenity to have. The only minor issue is that the surrounding area can be a bit dusty during construction activities nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down. Overall, I feel secure and happy here.

The location in Chikkadpally is very convenient, especially with the metro station nearby. Getting to work is easy now. The price point was within our budget, costing around 70 Lakh. We liked the gymnasium and multipurpose room available here. However, the OC status wasn't readily available which made us a bit hesitant initially, but the builder assured us it was processed.
