    HR Erica in Central West, Paldi is a project I considered for my family. The 3 BHK apartments offer generous carpet areas, over 1200 sq.ft, providing ample living space. I was impressed with the inclusion of fire sprinkleand 24x7 CCTV surveillance for safety. The multipurpose hall and indoor games area are great additions for resident activities. However, I did notice a fair amount of dust and construction activity in the immediate vicinity, which is a bit botheome for now but expected to settle down once surrounding projects complete. The location is convenient, with schools and hospitals close by. The power backup facility is also a key feature we appreciate.
