We just booked our fit flat in HPR Lakefront. It is a 2 BHK with 1185 Sq.ft. The price was around 91 Lakhs, which felt manageable for us. We liked that it is under construction and will be ready by January 2027, giving us time to save a bit more. The location in North Hyderabad, Hafeezpet, is developing nicely. HPR Homes LLP P seems to have good plans for the project. We saw there is a Children's Play Area and a Gymnasium, which are important for us. The only thing is the completion date is quite far out. Overall, we are hopeful about this new beginning.

We chose HPR Lakefront primarily for its family-friendly amenities and location. We are getting a 3 BHK flat, 1500 Sq.ft, for about 1.10 Crore. Matrusri DAV Public School is a short distance, which is a huge plus for us. The Children's Play Area is also a big draw. HPR Homes LLP P is building this project, with completion set for January 2027. It is still under construction. We liked the idea of Fire Sprinkleand 24x7 CCTV Surveillance for safety. The built-up area sizes are decent, but the 2 BHKs felt a little compact to me peonally. We are also hoping the traffic situation in Hafeezpet improves by the time we move in.

I have purchased a 3 BHK apartment in HPR Lakefront. The flat size is about 2115 Sq.ft, and the price came to around 1.46 Crore. My priority was a peaceful environment and good amenities for relaxation. The Yoga / Meditation Area and the Landscaping & Tree Planting are particularly appealing. HPR Homes LLP P is developing this project in Hafeezpet, North Hyderabad. It is still under construction, with completion expected in January 2027. While the amenities are good, the price is quite high. I am also a bit concerned about the noise from ongoing construction as it is close to my current residence. The 24x7 Water Supply is a critical factor for me.

The proximity to Miyapur Metro Station, nearby, is convenient for commuting. Water conservation and rain water harvesting are good features. Parking seems adequate for now.
