The project offea Children's Play Area and a Yoga/Meditation Area, which they might use. They will also appreciate the 24x7 CCTV Surveillance. The built-up area for 3 BHKs is quite large, starting from 1500 square feet up to 2115 square feet. The project by HPR Infra is under construction and scheduled for completion in April 2022. The price range is between 89.08 Lakh and 1.59 Crore. Being close to Srikara Hospitals Miyapur is also a relief.
