The location in Chennai North is decent, and it’s close to Madhavaram Red Hills Road. We were looking for a ready-to-move-in property, and this project, completed in November 2015, fit our criteria. The price range was competitive, especially for a 3 BHK. One thing we noticed is that the traffic on Madhavaram Red Hills Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, making travel a bit slow.
