The price, starting from 44.8 Lakhs, was manageable. Being ready to move meant we didn't have to wait long. The location in Sembium, Perambur is familiar to us. However, finding the project was a bit tricky due to the narrow lane mentioned in the address. Also, the lack of specified amenities like a gym or pool was a downside, but we prioritized a good flat over extras. HPK Star Property Developecompleted it in July 2021.
