Decided to invest in a 3 BHK at HP VS Flats. The 1352 Sq.ft built-up area gives me plenty of space, and it's ready to move in which suited my timeline perfectly. The price of 87.88 Lakh felt a little high for a single professional, but the location in Vallal Pari Nagar, Pallikaranai is quite convenient. It's close to the Sunnambu Kolathur Puliyamaram Bus Stop, making commuting easier. I also appreciate the 24x7 security and closed car parking. HP Homes has a good reputation. I am looking forward to making this my home. The completion date is December 2024, but it's ready now.
