The price of 87.88 Lakh felt a little high for a single professional, but the location in Vallal Pari Nagar, Pallikaranai is quite convenient. It's close to the Sunnambu Kolathur Puliyamaram Bus Stop, making commuting easier. I also appreciate the 24x7 security and closed car parking. HP Homes has a good reputation. I am looking forward to making this my home. The completion date is December 2024, but it's ready now.
