My main concern is the construction quality; while it looks solid, I would have preferred to see the Occupancy Certificate (OC) to be completely assured. The completion date is listed as October 2024, but the property is already ready. This discrepancy needs clarification. The Airport Metro Station is a few kilometeaway, which is decent for travel.
