Moving into House Of Upscale was a big decision for our family. Having Hiranandani Upscale School right at nearby distance was the main reason we chose this project. Our kids can walk to school, which is a huge relief. We picked a 3 BHK, which is quite spacious, ranging from 1240 to 2210 square feet. The surrounding greenery and the Vastu compliant design were also important factofor us. The sea-facing view from some apartments is spectacular. The only slight inconvenience is the traffic on OMR during peak hou, it can get quite heavy. Other than that, the community hall and amphitheater are great for weekend family activities.

House Of Upscale offered a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of about 1300 square feet, which is comfortable for me and my wife. The strategic location near Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute (0 KM) is a significant advantage. We also appreciate the Vastu compliant design. While the project was completed in 2006, it has been well-maintained. The price point is on the higher side, with 5 BHKs going up to 3.31 Crore, but the quality of life and amenities like the tennis court and amphitheater justify it for us.

Being a ready-to-move property from House of Hiranandani made the transition smooth. We love the lush greenery around the complex and the community hall is a nice space for gatherings.
