The 3 BHK villa has a plot area of 5382 Sq.ft which is quite large for us. We liked that it's off the Pilerne-Candolim Road, making it relatively accessible. Candolim and Calangute beaches are also not too far, around 5-6 kilometeThe price point of 3.23 Crore onwards was a bit high, but the location and the fact that it's a villa sealed the deal. Horizon Land Developments Pvt. Ltd. Has a reputation for completing projects, so that was reassuring. We are planning to use it for weekend getaways mostly.

The project was completed by Horizon Land Developments Pvt. Ltd. Back in December 2010. It's ready to move in, which was convenient. My only minor issue is the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow and dusty at times, especially during dry weather. Otherwise, the peace and quiet are excellent.
