We are looking at a 2 BHK apartment, around 1150 to 1200 square feet. The price is in the 55 Lakh range. The project by Venkana Aravind Reddy is under construction and expected to finish by April 2027. Having 24X7 water supply is a big relief for any household. We also liked the idea of rain water harvesting. The area is developing and feels safe. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on the main road once more people move in, but for now, the school proximity is the winning factor for us.
