I bought a unit at Hoown Royal Park because I see good growth potential in this part of Guntur. The location in Reddypalem is strategic with the Hindupur-Kadiri highway providing good connectivity. Hoown Infratech is building a decent project and they seem to be focusing on the structural quality. It is currently under construction but the site looks organized. I checked the distance to the upcoming Underground Subway Metro Station which is nearby, which is convenient for future connectivity. My only worry is the traffic congestion on the main roads during peak hou, which might take some time to clear up. Aside from that, I am satisfied with the progress. I hope the delivery remains on track for June 2026 as mentioned in the agreement.

My parents and I visited the site last month and it is currently under construction. The progress seems decent for now. I am looking forward to the handover which is planned for June 2026. The staff at Hoown Infratech explained the payment structure clearly so I felt comfortable making my fit big purchase here. My only slight concern is that there is a lot of construction dust in the area right now, but I guess that is expected. Hopefully, the final finishing will be good once they are done with the work.
