The 2 BHK configuration of 1815 square feet is comfortable for a single peon. I liked the overall design and the availability of health facilities within the complex. The price was 1.11 Crore for the smaller unit, which felt a little steep initially, but the convenience of location and ready-to-move aspect made it justifiable. The 24/7 security is also reassuring. I haven't faced any major issues so far, but the surrounding area can get quite busy.
