We recently moved into our 3 BHK flat at Holiday Bay Castle. The size is about 1810 sq.ft, which is comfortable for us. The best part is the amenities like the swimming pool and the gymnasium. It feels like a resort living here. The location on Marine Drive is beautiful. Traffic can be a bit heavy during peak hou, especially getting out of Marine Drive, but that's common for Kochi.
