I chose a 2 BHK unit which has a carpet area of 630 square feet, providing ample room. Being close to HCG Hospital, nearby, was a major deciding factor for me. The connectivity to the Bhavnagar State Transport Bus Stand, nearby, is also decent for any travel needs. The construction quality seems solid. My only minor concern is that the surrounding area can get a bit dusty during construction season, but that’s common in developing areas. HM Enterprise seems to have a good reputation.
