The 3 BHK flats are large, over 2200 square feet, and come with Italian marble flooring. The gymnasium is a good amenity to stay active. The price is quite high, around 4 crore plus, but the quality seems good. My only concern is the distance to GKVK Univeity, about 6 kilomete, which might be inconvenient for visiting my grandchildren who study there. Adithya Developepromise April 2026 completion.
