We were looking for a bigger place and found Hitech Pushpam Phase 2. We decided on a 2 BHK that is 968 Sq.ft. It was priced at around 45 Lakhs. Moving from a rental apartment, we wanted something ready to occupy, and this project was completed in May 2023. The proximity to PARVATHY HOSPITAL is a huge relief for us, being very close. The area seems to be developing well. We checked the amenities and they have power backup and lifts, which are standard but good to have. The main concern for us is the traffic on Jawaharlal Nehru road during peak hou, it can get quite congested.
