The price was around 40.92 Lakh for this size. It's a ready to move project, which meant I could plan my construction schedule faster. The gated community setup with 24x7 security and CCTV is reassuring. They have also included power backup which is essential. The only drawback I noticed is the approach road is quite narrow for about 200 metebefore you reach the main entrance, which can be a bit inconvenient for larger vehicles. Landscaping looks good though.
