I saw that they are planning a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are good amenities for someone like me who likes to stay active. The 3 BHK flat size is around 1550 Sq.ft which is quite spacious. Karma Infracon has promised completion by November 2027, which gives them enough time to finish the construction properly.
