I bought a 2 BHK flat in Hindustan Tarangan Apartments for my parents who are living in Pune. The carpet area is 761 square feet, providing comfortable living space. The location is excellent, very close to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, which was a priority for me. Hindustan Buildedelivered a ready-to-move property, which meant they could settle in quickly. The price was around 1.2 Crore, which is a significant amount, but the peace of mind knowing my parents are in a good location with decent amenities is worth it. They have mentioned that the water pressure can sometimes be an issue on higher floo, but otherwise, they are quite happy.

The location near Shivaji Road and Saras Baugh Road is pleasant. Hindustan Buildehas provided basic amenities like car parking and water conservation systems. A minor issue we've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit irritating sometimes. We are hoping that cleaup soon. The metro station is also a bit far at nearby.
