My wife and I just moved into our 4 BHK at Hind Dharm Ved. We wanted a larger place as we plan to start a family. The 2925 square feet is massive, plenty of room to grow. It's ready to move in, which was perfect for our timeline. We liked the gymnasium and the indoor games facility. The location in Nikol is decent, close enough to Narol-Naroda Road for commutes. The price at 70.2 Lakhs was a stretch for us, but we managed the loan. Sometimes the traffic near Gangotri Circle can be a bit much during peak hou, but that's expected in Ahmedabad. Overall, we are happy with the space and the amenities provided by Hind Buildcon.

I bought a 4 BHK here primarily for the size and the price. At 70.2 Lakhs, 2925 square feet is a great deal. Being ready to move was a huge plus, I didn't want to wait for construction. The amenities like the swimming pool and children's play area are nice, even though I don't have kids. It's good to have options. The location near Gangotri Circle is okay, but getting onto the Sardar Patel Ring Road, which is nearby, can take a little time depending on the traffic. Dust from the nearby roads is also something to deal with sometimes. However, the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give me a sense of safety.

The 2925 square feet area for the 4 BHK flat felt spacious enough for them. Nikol is a developing area and they will be close to Shalby Hospitals which is about a nearby drive. The price point of 70.2 Lakhs seemed reasonable for the size. I liked that there's 24x7 security and water supply, which gives me peace of mind living abroad. My only hesitation was the lack of OC information, but since it was completed in August 2015, I hope that's sorted. The developer, Hind Buildcon, has a few projects so we trusted them.

The 2925 square feet area is more than double what we had in our rental. The proximity to Dipak School, nearby, is fantastic for our children. Hind Buildcon seems like a reliable developer. The landscaping and tree plantation add a nice touch to the complex. One small issue is that the parking area feels a bit congested, especially when visiting friends who live here. Water supply is good, though.
