  We were renting in Chennai for yeaand finally decided to buy. We settled on a 2 BHK in Himang Yogi Castle, which has a built-up area of 1094 square feet. The price was around 52.51 Lakh. The project was completed in 2013, so it's an older but established property. Being ready to move was key for us. We liked that it has a Sewage Treatment Plant, which is good for the environment. The location in Gowrivakkam is quite pleasant. The only small issue we've noticed is some dust from nearby construction sites during certain times of the day, but it’s not constant.

Being close to the Airport Metro Station, around 6.8 kilometeaway, makes my commute convenient. The price of 52.51 Lakh was manageable. It's a ready-to-move property from 2013. Himang Infrastructure Solutions Pvt Ltd has provided the Rain Water Harvesting system, which is a responsible feature. My only concern is the parking. It can be a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, it’s a quiet and safe place.

  I've been living in Himang Yogi Castle for nearly a year now. The 2.5 BHK apartment is 1151 square feet, which is good for a growing family. Being close to Velachery Main Road, about 5 kilometeaway, makes commuting easier. The project was completed a while back, in 2013, and it feels quite settled. I appreciate the Rain Water Harvesting system, which is important in Chennai. My only minor gripe is that the road leading to the main street can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it’s manageable. Overall, a solid place.
