Finally upgraded to a 2 BHK in Himang Geetha! We were renting for so long and wanted something permanent. This flat is 756 square feet and feels much bigger than our old place. The price was 53.9 Lakh, which was a stretch but manageable with our combined salaries. We needed something ready to move and this fit the bill perfectly. It's great that Velammal New Gen School is practically next door, very convenient for future planning. The only minor issue is the parking space is a little tight, especially when visitocome over.
