This is my fit property purchase and I chose a 1 BHK villa in Himalayan Residency. The carpet area is about 550 square feet, which is perfect for me. I liked that it is ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait for construction. The price was also within my budget, around 15 Lakh. It is located in Kovilpalayam, which is a developing area. My parents were a bit worried about the distance to Kumaran Medical Center, which is about 5 kilometeaway, but the school is right next door. Sathish Ventures was helpful throughout the process.
