We love that Dehradun Public School (DDPS) Govindpuram is right next door, zero distance practically. Manipal Hospital is also nearby, which is a huge relief. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and power backup are reliable, something we really needed after our previous rental place. The flats are ready to move, which suited our urgent timeline. The only slight issue is the distance to the Shaheed Sthal Metro Station, which is nearby, but we mostly use our car anyway. Himalaya Builde& Developeseem to have delivered a solid product.
